Guidance for Subscription

一、Explanation for Catalogue
1.The catalogue includes most of the popular mainstream newspaper and periodicals published in HK, Macao, Taiwan and abroad. We provide other more than 70,000 newspapers and periodicals all over the world and we offer free search service for subscribers.
2.The catalogue marks the publishing frequency of various newspapers and periodicals, like 7/w, 12/yr. If the publishing frequency is particular, please make a phone call to our company.
3.The rules of subscription in the catalogue. Newspaper: The subscription period must cover at least 1 month;  The expiry date must be until the end of a month. Periodicals: Most of the periodicals should be subscribed for 1-year period; some of them with price for half a year or a quarter can be subscribed for the half- year or 1- quarter period.
4.When the subscription was confirmed, it cannot be changed or quitted. Please choose the publication carefully and note the period of the subscription.

二、How to Subscribe
【Fill the Subscribing Form】
The new subscriber should fill the《Application Form for Subscription》,and the person in charge of the company should sign and stamp on it.
【Attached Certificate】
The new private subscribers should offer the copy of valid Identity Card、Hometown-Returning Certificate or Business License. And these certificates will be valid in a long term if no changes occur.
【Subscription Fees】
1. All the prices we quoted are in RMB. According to different subscribing term, there are four kinds of price optional, say, monthly price, quarterly price, half-a-year price and annual price. For specific subscribtion, the price is charged in the following ways (with results rounded off to the nearest integer):

4-5 months quarterly price÷3×subscribing term
7-11 months S-annual price÷6×subscribing term

2. For subscribers in remote areas, delivery fee will be charged in certain proportion.
3. To subscribe newspapers, the minimum subscribing term is one month, while three months for periodicals. However, for bimonthly and quarterly periodicals, the subscribing term should not be less than six months.
4. Please note that all prices we quoted were correct at time of collation, however they are subject to change without notice.
5. The subscription fees shall be pre-paid in full. We accept cash, cheque, credit, remittance, online payment as well as bank transfer. Please follow the requirments below when you are making the payment, so as to facilitate the subscription procedures.

三、Renewal and Remediation
【Renewal】
1.We will send you the renewal notice before the expiry date. Please handle it before 20th every month just by adding a“”and fax it back. But if you want to change or add your subscription, you must fill the《Application Form for Subscription》
2.If you want to shift the address, please fax us the details before 3 days at least.
【Remediation】
1.We own a delivery team, which provide daily delivery service in the areas including Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Jiangmen,Hainan,Guangxi,etc. Please forgive us for the delay because of the weather or transportation.
2.Every subscriber will be offered a “Customer ID”, which can be found on the packing label of renewal notice. When you need help, give the ID to us, and we can help you very fast.
3.If any abnormal situation happens, please contact us before 5:00pm on that day or the next morning, so that we can deal with the situation as soon as possible.
